All Cebu Tropics Residential staff are screened fro criminal convictions and have excellent credentials in their fields. Cebu Tropics also has continuing training throughout their career with us. We employ at each facility: Nurses, caregivers, housekeepers, cooks, security and managers. Support and visiting staff are doctors, dietitians, activities managers, maintenance and drivers. All staff are courteous and professional. Our goal is t make our residents love their retirement experience in the Philippines fulfilling.

Management is provided by a joint team of American and Filipino professionals. Our staff is experienced in managing doctors, nurses, caregivers and all support staff. Management is also experienced in years of construction in California residential and commercial markets.

Rates range from $1,100 per month and up. Rates depend on level of care needed and level of lifestyle. Most will find that our rates are about 40% of the cost for less care and services in their home countries. Level of need questionnaire must be completed before actually determining these rates.

We offer the friendliest care and best nursing staff available anywhere. The Philippines is an English speaking country with the most affordable rates. The Philippines has so many activities and beautiful sites….simply amazing!!!

The Philippine government requires that foreigners wishing to retire here deposit $50,000 in an approved bank. The other option is to get 2 month extensions (provided by staff) leave the country for 1 day every 16 months. This is easily accomplished by a 1 day trip to Singapore (very affordable).

We provide nursing, housekeeping, meals, activities, transportation and weekly medical check ups. Our facilities are clean, well maintained and a safe environment.  We also provide social activities and easy communication with friends and family back home. We provide assistance in travel arrangements for family and friends wishing to visit our members.

Payments are accepted thru wire transfers, travelers check, western union, paypal, and all major credit cards. Social Security checks are also accepted.
