We specialize in retirement homes, nursing facilities and condominiums for Western retirees. American management is on staff and available 24 hours a day.

We offer our facilities exclusive to American, Canadian, Australian, and Western European customers and we are staffed by extremely qualified Filipinos. All staff is friendly and courteous ad they behave in a professional manner.

Our retirement homes are in luxury communities and most are 10 to 15 residents only. All facilities include weekly check ups by friendly doctors, resident nurses, cleaning staffs, excellent cooks, activity coordinators and friendly management.

Activities include fishing trips, scuba excursions, hiking, biking, billiards, ping pong, swimming, concerts, beach trips, massage, shopping trips and so much more.

We also provide non denominational religious services if requested, either in house or in local houses of worship.

All homes are fitted with video cameras and can be accessed 24 hours a day. This allows our residents constant ability to contact family members abroad.
